Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Soccer Mentorship:
“The Complete Player”

FCA Soccer will be requesting applications for Soccer Player’s in the Memphis Area for our “The Complete Player” Program. FCA Soccer will be accepting 5- 10 high school or young adult players for a Six Month Mentor/ Development Program. In this program, directed by former 9 year professional soccer star Ross Paule, players will be influenced, mentored, encouraged, and developed to be difference makers on and off the field of Soccer.

Topics to be developed:
1. Personal Growth / More Maturity in their Faith
2. Personal Understanding of being a Person of Influence/ Disciples
3. Handle Ups and Downs/ Challenges in Life/ Soccer
4. More Consistency in Soccer and Attitude
5. Commitment to Excellence in who they are and what they represent
6. Coaching Experience and Development as a Leader
7. Transition from High School to College (Pro-Active)

How:
Bi-Weekly Group Morning Conference Calls
Bi- Weekly Development Group and Individual Meetings
Various Service Projects

When:
3 months in Spring 2012 and 3 months in the Fall 2012

A Commitment to be on all Calls and Meetings,
A Commitment to Excellence in who you are and what you represent.
